Breaking the Fourth Wall - Low intensity - 1.5 Hrs Duration. Who am I? Why am I here? Why do I do the things I do? All profound questions that many of us confront professionally (and maybe should discuss with our therapist). In this workshop we deep dive into the 'Who and Why?' of Confidence and Character in both pop culture and burlesque with Valerie "Va Va" Valentine. In this guided exploration and educational we will: - Build a deeper understanding of character - Explore the 4th wall and why it's relevant to burlesque - Develop tools to grow your presence and authenticity as a performer. - Discuss how to communicate with your audience and why it matters. - Tools to reach out and touch your audience while acknowledging comfort zone and consent.
